Capture The Textures Of Margaret River In Clay
Casting the Coast is a hands-on ceramics class inspired by the natural beauty of the local coastline. In this guided workshop, you’ll learn hand-building techniques to create one or two unique stoneware tableware pieces, embellished with impressions from coastal plants, seaweed, shells, rocks, driftwood, and found objects. You’ll be supported step by step as you shape, texture, and refine your work—no experience required. This class is about slowing down, working with your hands, and translating the landscape into clay. Enjoy a relaxed studio atmosphere, thoughtful instruction, and a delicious morning tea by WildFlora.
